I was told before arriving that the room I booked had an issue, so they moved me to a higher‑class nearby unit; the place is right in the center.

The staff were extremely friendly, and before we even got there they informed us that we would be moved to a different apartment because the one we had booked had a problem; I have to say it was lucky to be so close to the Reggia, very welcoming and spacious—if you’re looking for a place in Caserta, this is the right spot, with super kind and very helpful staff; nothing else.
