The location and helpful staff were the only positives. The bed covers were dirty and there were bed bugs in the room, so my 4‑year‑old daughter was bitten in several spots and it took over a week for the marks to heal. This was a very distressing experience for our family. With the high nightly rate, the quality felt more like a below‑average guest house than a hotel, and I would not recommend it to families, especially those traveling with young children.

Cleanliness and comfort were poor. It’s a very old hotel—you’ll see bed bugs in your cot and the washroom was very dirty.
