The price was good and the staff were wonderful, and breakfast was tasty. However, too many dogs were allowed and they kept barking, which was annoying.

We checked in and left for dinner, then returned to find a roach crawling on our bed. We were refunded and went across the street to Comfort Inn. The front desk lady was amazing and sweet; seeing a roach just wasn’t for us.

There was no hot water when I went to bed for a bath, so I had to take a cold one. The eggs at breakfast were spoiled, which was very unpleasant.

Nothing – I was never able to check in. The hotel told me on the day I was supposed to arrive that a $200 deposit was required because I lived within 50 miles, and I wasn’t allowed to cancel for free. They kept my $184 and I didn’t get to stay. They said I needed to talk to the hotel, and booking told me to talk to the hotel. If you live within 50 miles, be prepared to pay a $200 deposit on top of the room price; if you’re farther away, expect a $100 deposit. The Baymont in Warrenton took my card in case they needed to charge it; this one took it upfront. Would not recommend.
