The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel very comfortable during my 4‑night stay; the restaurant meals were excellent and definitely worth recommending, and having a parking spot just a few meters from the room was a big plus. The only issue was that the room air‑conditioner worked well but made some noise; a good pair of earplugs could have solved that.

The staff were very kind and attentive, the atmosphere was great, and the spa was clean and relaxing. The checkout time was a bit early for me; 2 p.m. would have been better than 11 a.m.

The air‑conditioning was difficult to set up and quite loud; the noise from the AC was the main problem.

The room was comfortable, but it was infested with mosquitoes (you could even see dead ones on the curtains), the hotel was near the national road making it impossible to walk around, and the parking lot was too small to accommodate everyone.
