The bedding/sheet was not clean , the floor /carpet was dirty . Housekeeping was knocking , real loud on the door at 10:50 a.m. asking if we were going to get another night when our reservation was clearly forn1 night. Weird. The staff barely spoke English and charged an extra $100 to my card without any approval or explanation; the hotel has not answered my calls, emails, or chat about the charge.

The service was terrible, the place was dirty, it smelled like everything but clean, and I never received any help even after calling 30 times. Horrible!!!
