“Un bel b&b molto centrale e lussuoso”

The apartment is very nice and well furnished. The bathroom is super comfortable. It’s central and close to the sea. The terrace on the top floor is spectacular. The room is very small and lacks a wardrobe, only a stand with four hangers. Breakfast at the bar is only sweet and scanty. The B&B package offers a wider selection.

The room is very beautiful, spacious, and clean. The common areas, like the kitchen and terrace, are also very well managed. The air‑conditioner was a bit of a flaw – it didn’t work very well, so at regular intervals it made a strange noise that didn’t let us sleep well. Aside from that, everything was perfect.

Location. Cleanliness and the third floor is high without an elevator. The air‑conditioner is very noisy.

“Agréable séjour”

The location in the pedestrian centre of Anzio. The bathroom is large and comfortable, the bed especially comfortable! The terrace is pretty even if not very easy to access. Coffee, herbal teas, salt, olive oil are available in the common areas. The furniture style. The room is too small. The lack of a larger support plan next to the coffee machine and kettle. The air‑conditioning is extremely noisy even at minimum power – we had to turn it off at night. The entrance and stairs of the building need a refresh.
