“Категорически не советую!”
The food was tasty and the rooms were clean, yet the stay left a very negative impression. The main issue was the terrible noise level: from about 18:00 until 01:00 the building hosted events with loud music and heavy bass. Besides the hotel rooms, the building has two banquet halls. It was impossible to rest or sleep in the room, and the constant noise made it extremely unpleasant to even be there. It is especially outrageous that the property states parties and events are prohibited, yet noisy events were happening during our stay. No one warned us beforehand—neither at booking nor at check‑in. There were many intoxicated people shouting and singing loudly. At one point, leaving the room felt uncomfortable and unsafe. The staff’s attitude was also disappointing: after we reported the issue in the morning, instead of a normal reaction and apologies we were met with snide remarks and a very dismissive attitude. We received no basic apologies from the hotel staff. There were also payment issues: although we booked with online payment, at check‑in we were asked to pay in cash. We were not given a receipt, invoice, or any document confirming the payment. Overall, the stay was extremely unpleasant. If you expect a quiet break and good sleep, pay close attention to these circumstances before booking.
