The place feels both modern and historic, and the breakfast is lovely. I would have appreciated clearer notice that some rooms are only reachable by stairs.

It was a really cool stay, everything felt super comfy, Sherrie was great, and the breakfast was delicious—nothing to complain about.

The breakfast beat the dry eggs you usually find at hotels, and the location is perfect—just steps from a coffee shop in a quiet setting. The only gripe is that it was hard to find a power outlet near the bedside; an extension cord that reaches the table would help.

Breakfast was tasty, the dining room was cheerful and warm, and the home’s location let us stroll around Old Salem, visit the Farmers Market, and dine nearby. However, after the spring pollen finished, dust and debris covered the porches and outdoor seating, so we couldn’t enjoy the nice weather because it wasn’t cleaned.
