“Ruhige Lage”
The location is very quiet, perfect for a good night's sleep, and the room is attractive and roomy. The breakfast was plain—just some Italian sweets, a bit of cheese and ham, a fresh croissant, but no fresh bread.

My wife and I chose this place as a base because of its proximity to Stresa, Lago Orta di San Julio, Rassa, and the beautiful towns of Italy, plus Sacri Monte Dell Piemonte and Della Lombardia. We were warmly welcomed by the owners, Mr. Lorenza and Mr. Riccardo. Our room was spacious, with a comfortable bed, a mini fridge, an excellent shower, and a private bathroom. There was a private garage on the property. The breakfast was very good and served early in the morning. Again, the owners were very kind. We recommend this property to anyone interested in the area. The price is fair, the amenities are good, and the location is convenient with supermarkets nearby. The photos I’m posting are of nearby towns we visited. We liked everything.

The room is spacious, with a kitchenette, a well-stocked mini fridge, a breakfast with a wide selection, a bathroom with a window, and a parking spot. I want to thank the lady who, at the last minute, found a room for my daughter. Thank you very much. If we ever return to the area, it will be a great reference point.
The B&B is very cute and well equipped, and the breakfast is excellent.
Private parking, good size, comfortable, and breakfast are all fine. Nothing negative.
