Easy access to the room and breakfast facility. The dog outside my room on the 3rd night barked loudly for quite some time in the evening before it stopped.

Breakfast ran out of coffee and yogurt. They won't let you cancel after staying 1 day we had to leave early and they refused to refund us for the 2nd day
