The location was good, but the specific smell coming from the air conditioner was very unpleasant. There was no sink in the bathroom to wash hands, and the place hadn't been renovated in a long time—it needs cosmetic work.

The location and the property manager were great—present all the time, always cleaning and keeping the property looking good, and always helpful. The place is dated.

The tactile volume and channel buttons on the remote were so cool, the bathroom was cute and private, and the towels were folded really well. The A/C was ice cold, and I didn't realize a little fridge and microwave were provided, so I should have brought plastic cutlery. The ice machine was broken, but the proprietor went out of their way to give me ice, which made up for it.

The host messaged me from his personal line instead of through the app, then had me send a $150 deposit for my certified service animal via Cash App. When I asked for my deposit back after checkout, he claimed there were damages from my animal, which is untrue. I read the rules and policies and saw that this is illegal and against booking policies. He then said he would send pictures of damages, never did, and blocked me. I never got my deposit back. He scammed me, lied, and stole my deposit. He violated policies and rules and is unprofessional.
