This is the best hotel in Fukuoka, with the most wonderful staff; the owner constantly looks after guests’ comfort, letting us simply sit at the reception while fruit and drinks were brought to us. The rooms were very clean and pleasant, and the rooftop offers the best view of the fireworks. Thank you for making our stay unforgettable.

The location, balcony view, and helpful staff are all excellent. Nothing major stands out; it would be nice to have more breakfast options, and better English‑speaking staff would help, though Google Translate makes things work.
