The cost‑to‑value ratio was unbeatable. The room was compact but ample enough for sleeping, and the cleanliness was satisfactory. The kettle was available, yet there was no coffee or tea. We could walk to the station, but some guests might find it a bit far.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the place was super clean, and the location was great—easy access to the train station, taxis, and within walking distance of Okayama Castle, Korakuen Gardens, museums, shrines, shops, restaurants, etc. I loved the lady who sells delicious breakfast sandwiches in the hotel lobby and the price was great for the wonderful sandwich options. The only downside was that the bathtubs are extremely tall and deep, making showers and baths hard to reach for anyone with leg, foot, back, or hip mobility issues.

I was pleased with the hotel's location and the size of my room. However, the pillows were a letdown and didn't provide the comfort I needed.

The hotel's proximity to popular tourist spots was a major plus, but the outdated facilities and overall retro feel of the hotel were a bit of a turn-off.

I was pleased with the hotel's location, but unfortunately, the beds and equipment were quite old, and the shared bathroom and showers were a bit of a drawback.
