I didn’t like anything; the location differed from what was shown in the booking, I booked two beds but got only one small double bed, and when they changed the place they should have sent a new address.

The ensuite was fine, but the window wouldn’t close, the smallest double bed felt like a granny’s box, mould was behind the radiator from a broken wide‑open window, I could hear alarms above me, the owner ignored calls, messages, and emails, and I had to wait an unknown time to get the real address and key/door code, only finding it by chance with a local’s help.

Nothing exists—it's a scam, steer clear. My family and I were stranded in London because this place didn’t answer calls or messages, and when we arrived we were told someone lives there; it turned out to be a scam and we had to keep calling to realize they weren’t giving us a place to stay.
