The room was spacious, clean, and had many comforts, and the location was fairly good. Breakfast isn’t on the premises, but that isn’t mentioned on Booking, even though previous reviews have the same complaint; it’s served at a nearby pastry shop that offers pastries, coffee, and some salty snacks. Obviously nothing if you’re lactose‑intolerant or need to eat salty food – if you know that, you can plan. I’ve always found two hard‑boiled eggs in the morning at all places. When we arrived, we waited an hour outside because the self‑check‑in instructions hadn’t arrived, it was Sunday. But again, you just have to plan.

“Locatie buna pt a vizita Napoli si imprejurimile”

It sits in the historic center, so you don’t need transport to see the old town or the port. The metro is nearby and the Garibaldi central station is also close. Breakfast is offered at a nearby patisserie (a drink and a pastry). The fridge didn’t cool enough. Early in the morning (7:30) the patisserie only has sweet items. The street noise is present, but it calms when you close the window.

My husband and I had booked a very specific room and paid for it; when we arrived, they told us it wasn’t available. The next day they moved us into that room, and the day after that they moved us again to another room.

The rooms are large and comfortable. At first glance the building’s courtyard walls and staircase were peeling.
