The staff were very helpful, yet the rooms lacked windows and only opened onto the courtyard, a detail not shown in the photos; everything felt tight and calculated, the toilet door couldn't be locked, the room was dark, and there were almost no power outlets.

The place is well situated, the team is supportive, the vibe is pleasant, and the room is cozy; however, the shower didn't function properly and the cleanliness could improve.

The place is excellently located just steps from alun alun Malang, with a beautiful lobby and patio and comfy beds, but the rooms are very dark and damp, you can only ventilate by opening the patio door, and the strong deodoriser smell is off‑putting, so I won’t be returning.
