“Hotel itself was okay with a nice location and view”

From the 12th floor I enjoyed a nice view, and the hotel supplied water bottles in each room; a shopping centre is right next door, not far from the marina, and breakfast was good with friendly staff. However, the rooms weren’t that clean—bed sheets had stains that looked like blood, which made me uneasy even though I’m sure they were washed. There was no minibar, only a kettle, coffee, and tea. The lights in the rooms were terrible, almost invisible. I couldn’t order food or drinks after 22 or 22:30, and when we tried to sit in the lobby to drink something it was impossible because the rooms are directly beside the lobby, so we couldn’t be loud. Overall, I expected more from a 4‑star hotel at this price.

The staff were warm, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay, paying close attention at check‑in, check‑out, and breakfast, and their hospitality was truly appreciated. Unfortunately, the hotel is quite old and the rooms don’t justify the price. There was no brewed coffee at breakfast. A busy road runs near the hotel, and while it isn’t a major problem, getting to the other side during the day can be a bit inconvenient because you have to go down and then back up via the pedestrian underpass.

“Нормально можно остановиться , комфортно пожить.”

The staff at this hotel are very attentive and caring, and they’re wonderful people! They brought fresh fruit and water into the room every day, and there’s a kettle in the room. The street next to the room is lively, with shopping centres and cafés. The beds are comfortable, but the split system blows directly into the bed. Oh! I didn’t expect that Istanbul is such a big city; it takes a full hour by taxi to get to Istiklal and wander around the tourist spots. I spent 1500 on Yandex to call a taxi, and it takes more than an hour to reach the airport. If you want to stroll around tourist sites, it might be better to choose a Ramada hotel closer to the city; there are many hotels in the centre near the Galata Tower too.

The pillow was terrible, and most of the staff at the reception weren’t good at communicating; they definitely need more training.
