The owner were super friendly and welcoming, the room was spotless, and breakfast arrived fresh in the room each morning; the AC blew cold instantly, and the water pressure was high. The place offers great value, and there were no complaints.

Very nice place! The owner is a local and incredibly lovely. The experience was great: the place is super clean, very central, and quiet, just a 2‑3 minute walk to the main street. I felt very welcome; everyone was kind and friendly, and they offered to clean my room. Whatever you need, just ask! The breakfast was delicious and fresh, with a variety of options that were brought to your room.

The free breakfast was tasty, and the hosts were genuinely friendly. The bed was cozy and the air‑conditioning worked well and was pleasantly quiet. The location is great—within walking distance to central Ubud, yet still quiet at night because no cars can pass. The room is a bit dated but still has everything needed; we would have liked a cozier bedside lamp and a different toilet lid.

I stayed for 8 days the first time and extended it, then came back for another 10 days because I loved the place. The family running the property are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived; everyone was kind and smiling, which added to the enjoyment. The location is in the heart of Ubud with plenty of cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, and shops within walking distance. The room was clean, comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting Ubud and would gladly stay again. Thanks to Eka and the whole family for the great hospitality.
