The bike garage was impressive, with plenty of sockets for e‑bikes that someone clearly thought through. The house itself was past its prime, but it met our cycling needs, though we found it a bit pricey.

The communication was very warm and friendly, the hotelier charming, the beds great, and the rooms generous; we’d gladly return. Everything else was fine.

The location was lovely, we arrived by bus which doesn’t run often. The welcome was friendly, the breakfast average but the value for money was superb. Nights stayed pleasantly cool even in midsummer. What really stood out was the owner driving us in his car early the next morning to the town so we didn’t have to take the bus—something I’ve never seen in Germany before, thank you again!
