The place has AC and the area is quiet, and everyone keeps noise down. It's close to D1 and a 25‑minute walk to the center and beach, and you can come and go whenever you want. But the room is falling apart – walls cracked, toilet lid broken, drawers are bad, and the cleaning lady only takes out the trash.

I was annoyed by the 7% extra on card payments – that should have been told. The room was next to the entrance, so it was noisy. The check‑in lady wasn't friendly, and the bed was hard.

The place is very pleasant, the neighborhood is quiet, and it's close to the beach, center, and airport. The host was very attentive and made sure our stay was wonderful. I recommend them!

The location is great, but the rooms look nothing like the photos. The floor is damp, the mattresses feel springs, the AC barely cools, and we had trouble with the locks. We lost a hat and earrings and got no response. The bathroom door squeaks, rooms and bathrooms aren't cleaned, trash isn't emptied, there are cats, and there's a faint cat urine smell.
