The staff is nice. Great location near a convenience store and hospital. Ciplaz Mall could be reached in less than 10 minutes by car (if there is no traffic congestion). Sad that the place could be noisy (not so) due to the moving vehicles from the street

The room was clean, had a smart TV and hot water, and the new facilities were nice. It was noisy all day, morning and night, because of the water pump sounds; this was very uncomfortable for people who are sensitive to sound and would disturb their sleep in each room.

The staff were kind despite the language barrier, so a short stay was tolerable, but it would not work for a longer stay. The rooms were really tiny, and the bathroom was somewhat dirty.

There was no breakfast, so the price feels too high for the level of the property. The noise, lack of parking, AC not working well, and slow internet were all issues.
