“Quiet stay”
The location was fine, and breakfast was decent.
“Quiet location where you feel like at home.”
The spot is very quiet with a garden view. The room is small, with a double bed, a basic but clean toilet and shower, and hot water. There’s a small terrace in front of the room, sheltered from sun and rain, where you can eat breakfast or dinner. Parking is closed with a steel door and someone watches the place at night. The name on the booking, “Maya Suites,” doesn’t match the name on the road, “Maya Villa,” so I was uncertain whether it was the right place.
“A Hidden Gem with Friendly Owners”
I was thoroughly impressed with the owner and staff, who were incredibly kind and welcoming. The room was spotless and comfortable, and we enjoyed a lovely breakfast on the balcony with a beautiful view. The only thing to be aware of is that the hotel is listed under a different name on Google Maps, so it's a good idea to call ahead to confirm the address.
“Value”
The accommodation was simple but perfect for an overnight stay. Just remember to bring your mosquito spray; it’s not the staff’s fault, but it’s there.
“A Peaceful Oasis with a Few Drawbacks”
The hotel's atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, with a serene ambiance that made me feel right at home. The decor was tasteful and elegant, adding to the overall sense of calm. However, I did find the noise level to be a bit of a problem, especially at night.
