“Would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone.”
Breakfast surpassed my expectations, and continental options were also available. As soon as you entered the dining room, a cooked breakfast was handed to you by very well‑presented and friendly staff; I’d hire them all if I could. Wi‑Fi was spotty, not great for business travelers, but it might be a welcome break from screens for leisure guests.
The staff were friendly, the atmosphere cozy, and the beer good. The food was a bit pricey for pub fare, but the quality matched typical pub standards.

The people were fantastic, the food amazing, and the location ideal for launching any adventure into the Barrington Tops. It was a perfect kickoff for a weekend with our adventure‑riding group, so I highly recommend it. Book early if you want an ensuite room.
