The hotel sits in a pleasant, quiet location, and the accommodation services are very good; I also appreciate the courteous reception staff. The downside is the dining services: the breakfast is modest but adequate, the drinks are lower quality—like orange juice replaced by a sweet pink raspberry drink—and the staff only adjusted the reserved table upon our arrival. The red wine was chilled, and for every menu change, such as swapping a side dish for another, the restaurant charges €1.50, even if the replacement side is cheaper than the original.

I have no complaints about breakfast and was fully satisfied; the hotel’s location in the city and by the river is very convenient, rooms are clean, comfortably furnished, and housekeeping works perfectly. I don’t understand why the fridge must run at full power—it’s noisy, and in room 23 there’s even some strange sound, perhaps splashing; at night it’s heard more, with a frequency every four minutes, which could be reduced to save operating costs. Additionally, once around 6–7 10 am, I had to deal with a neighbor from room 22 loudly playing TV; fortunately, a few knocks on the wall settled the situation.

The location was great, the staff friendly, and the hotel restaurant fine; the only drawback was the other noisy guests at night, compounded by the fact that the hotel has no night reception. Everything else was completely fine.

The hotel’s location is fantastic, right by the river and a short walk from the city centre. The high‑end breakfast was top quality and reasonably priced.
