The spot is spot on, right next to plaza de armas, and the building itself looks stunning. My room was spotless, quiet, and the bed was super comfy with fluffy cotton sheets and plenty of pillows. Breakfast came to the room and was lovely. The staff were genuinely kind and welcoming. This was my second visit since last year, and I’ll definitely book again.

I had a great stay at Serafín Hotel, especially thanks to the excellent service for late arrivals. My flight was delayed and I got in around 1 a.m.; the staff were already waiting, friendly, attentive, and helpful. The same level of care was there when I checked out at 4 a.m., making the whole process smooth. The hotel is cozy and in a superb location, within walking distance of restaurants, museums, and many Querétaro attractions. Overall a great experience, largely due to the wonderful staff. I highly recommend it. The only downside was the breakfast variety; the fruit, yogurt, granola, and bread were good and nicely served, but I’m more of an eggs‑for‑breakfast person, so an egg option would have made it perfect for me.

The staff were very friendly and attentive, making me feel at home; the room was spacious and clean, the bed comfortable, and the breakfast served in the room was good. The location was perfect for strolling around the centre and hitting the city’s sights, though the shower was inconsistent—sometimes the water pressure was too high, other times it was barely there.

The location was ideal for exploring the Historic Center of Querétaro. The room was spacious and comfortable. Having breakfast delivered to our room, where we could eat it on the terrace, was the perfect start to each day. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even arranging a 2 a.m. taxi to the airport and checking in at the entrance at 2 a.m. to ensure the taxi arrived (they even called the cab company again when it didn’t show up on time). Translator apps helped when our Spanish was slow, but the staff were patient. On top of everything, the price was very reasonable for what we got. The mattresses in our room were on the firm side, though we both slept quite well on them.

The location was good. The bathroom stank, and the towels and bed sheets didn’t look very clean.
