“Undesireable and Uncomfortable Stay”
Front desk staff were helpful but couldn't resolve the hot‑water issue, and the manager was absent when we called. We had no hot water at all during our stay, even though we booked a Jacuzzi suite to enjoy the hot tub. The bed was very uncomfortable and the sheets felt scratchy. We got only half of the refund we expected, which felt unfair given we paid a lot more for the Jacuzzi suite and never got a hot shower.

The hotel sits in a decent central spot, yet the garage was still under construction and the elevators were unreliable. The doors between the garage and the hotel didn’t open properly. The room A/C uses motion sensors, so it shuts off while you sleep and the room gets hot. You need a ticket to leave the garage, but the reusable ticket works like a single‑use one, so I accidentally paid the fee twice. There were conventions right in the lobby, and I had to walk through presentations just to get anywhere.
