I want to know how I can get a refund on my first night. We were without power and electricity the first night. The heat was intense and instead of sleeping we sweated all night.
The location was great, but the A/C didn't work properly.

The receptionist was very empathetic and let us check in at 7:00 a.m.; he even mentioned we could have breakfast. During our single night we enjoyed breakfast twice at no extra charge. The hotel looked beautiful, and the dining area was well styled. The lounge and reception area felt comfortable and welcoming. The buffet breakfast was delicious, offering fruits, pastries, cereal, yogurt, eggs, bacon, juices, coffee, water, and chocolate tea. I would definitely book this hotel again; it was my best experience in Rome so far. It sits an 8‑minute walk from the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill, close to public transport, the Trevi fountain, restaurants, stores, and cafés—all within walking distance—and the area feels very safe. Everything was exceptional, providing excellent value for your money.
