The location is great, and I love that an old building has been refurbished into a hotel.

“Below average cleanliness, service and upkeep in an isolated location, but relatively safe & modern.”

The hotel feels safe and secure, built in an old factory which gives it an interesting design. A large grocery store next to the hotel is convenient. Free water and coffee are provided in the rooms, and the rooms have modern equipment and a comfortable bed. However, the hotel wasn’t deep cleaned, had rough edges with broken trim on some appliances, a cigarette burn on the curtain, and room keys kept failing, requiring front‑desk visits. The staff were not very friendly or welcoming, and the front desk was often unmanned. The fitness facilities were poorly maintained, elevators didn’t work well, and the location isn’t great—closest restaurants and transit stations are a 20‑minute walk away.

The location is good. There is no climate control in the adjacent building, and the bar had no cocktails.

The staff were friendly and the place was very clean. Nothing else to note.
