The rooms had been upgraded since my last visit, featuring new Snappy Chef stove tops and pots, but the beds felt a bit uncomfortable and the base would squeak whenever I moved.

The premises stayed neat, clean and tidy, yet the restaurant staff were not that helpful and the guy in the food truck was so miserable that his attitude must change; the place is quite busy but there is only 1 pool table and table tennis table, which should be increased; WiFi was down for long periods and this should be explained to avoid any frustration; the flats/houses cleaning team are very loud from about 6:30, waking people on holiday with their loud conversations.

Facilities, especially the heated pool, were great and there was so much to do for the kids; the place was super clean and the restaurant was lovely with delicious food, the daily agenda was fantastic, and it offered great value for money, but the chalet needs a bit of an upgrade because the water pressure was low.
