The place is close to food spots and the central area, but the service feels unprofessional.

I spent a week there and everything was fine—cool air conditioning, a spacious bed, a functional TV, and a nice balcony. It was disappointing that the room had no trash can; because Semarang was hot, the water from the dispenser that was supposed to be cold ended up hot, and the bathroom water was hot too.
