Location - right next to the La Crosse Center. Reservation was for a King Suite — we got a King Room and the front desk said they were fully booked and it was Booking.coms error. But my price was not adjusted. LOTS of construction — some doors completely off rooms and rooms ripped up. Corridors/hallways not clean, had a bad smell

The location was good, but the cost was high. The toilet was broken and the sink was clogged.

The price jumped to $500+ on a typical weekend, which is far higher than usual, so the hotel isn’t worth the extra charge.
