“Festival Glamping on a tropical island”
The staff were amazing and very friendly, the pool was great, breakfast was great, the villas were nice, and the temperature was good. For families it would be a great option – big rooms, a playground, and a kid‑friendly part of the pool. Bikes were organized, and they accommodated the need for refrigerating medicine. The noise was a problem – there was no sound insulation at all, and we could hear people farting in the villa beside us and in the laneway behind us at one point – funny but a bit annoying when you’re trying to get a good night’s sleep. I would not really recommend it for couples. Balls of dirt fell from the fan onto our bed twice – pretty gross, and I don’t want to think about what animal or where it came from. I thought the outside bathroom would be okay, but for us it was a bit uncomfortable with the heat (no shade during high summer) and ants/critters and geckos.
