“Good location for reasonable price.”
The location was spot‑on for the price, but the air‑con was obnoxiously loud and kept us up; when we noticed it was louder even when off, my kids slept, so I only mentioned it the next morning.
The omelette tasted fake and the fridge kept spinning backward.

The location was great and everything was spotless, but the staff showed no service mindset at all – we had to lug three suitcases, five large bags and three backpacks up to the 10th floor ourselves both when checking in and out, and no one offered help. When we tried to leave, the lift was blocked with us and our luggage inside; a hotel employee saw it but just watched us sort it out on our own.
“Very nice hotel, we would return.”
The hotel was clean and in a convenient location; the pizza joint across the street and the hot breakfast were both easy to get to, and our family had plenty of room in the room. The staff were friendly and welcoming, especially Leo who handled check‑in and check‑out with a smile the whole time. The pillows were very thin, so we had to use couch cushions underneath, but it was manageable and not a deal‑breaker; a pool would have made it even better in the kids’ view, but overall it was a nice hotel.
