I was impressed by how tidy and orderly the hotel felt overall, and the room greeted me with a pleasant fragrance as soon as I stepped in. There were snacks and drinks—including coffee—available throughout the hotel, neatly arranged and explained to me kindly, which was a nice touch. I brought a car and the staff were attentive every time I parked, which I appreciated. When the coffee bar was out of coffee, the staff came right away, explained what was happening, and brewed a tasty cup for me.

The place was clean, snug, and the staff—especially Lee Minoo—were friendly. They offered free coffee, soft drinks, and snacks, and nearby there are excellent restaurants. It was great value for the money.

The staff were helpful and very friendly, and the free snacks and drinks were a nice bonus. The bed was comfortable, the hotel had a nice, modern vibe, and the lighting was sweet; everything was clean and the ability to use various streaming services was great. I had a very pleasant stay overall. The surroundings and location felt a bit run‑down at times, but the hotel itself is truly modern and excellent.

“Perfect!”

Everything about this place was spot‑on. They provide top‑tier service and a clean environment that feels like a 4‑5 star hotel. The design is solid, and I loved the large TV and bedding. From pre‑arrival to departure everything was flawless. The staff were helpful and supplied everything you might need. Breakfast was superb, with yoghurt, croissant‑with‑eggs and fruit jam, plus juices, and the breakfast box was delivered to the room every morning around 7‑8 AM. The service was unexpectedly perfect. There were no negatives; this place is wonderful for every stay in Incheon. I’ll definitely return if my schedule brings me near Incheon. If Seoul is your main destination, you might need to consider transportation.
