Flat 5 estrelas em Campos do Jordão

The hotel feels like a real palace with beautiful architecture and an amazing location; in the morning you only hear birds singing, a peace unlike any other. However, because the building is old and needs a lot of upkeep, some common area facilities are outdated, the furniture in the common areas needs renovation and cleaning, and the same goes for the pool area; the towels provided for the pool are worn, the playroom is lacking, and overall the maintenance could be better, but otherwise it’s very good.

The view is great and the room is spacious, but the hotel is very far from the city center and the streets are dark at night, making it hard to get around.

The apartment is quite roomy, offers a beautiful view, and the price is affordable.

We liked the location, the staff were attentive and polite, the apartment was large with a comfortable bed and heating, and the shower was excellent and hot. The sofa was uncomfortable, there could have been cleaning cloths for daily use, and a rug for the shower exit would have been nice.
