The place is beautiful and the view is stunning. When I booked online, I got an email telling me to reserve dinner, activities, and treatments, but no one called back even after I left messages, so I missed Saturday dinner and had no spots for treatments.

Everything from the spa and pool to the beach, restaurant, and activities was good, but the people in the spa talked too loudly. I also expected a lake view, yet my room 1221 looked out at the trees in front of the lake.

The lake view was nice, but the balcony exit door for room 1250 didn’t lock. I asked twice, they said it was fixed, but it still wouldn’t lock—somewhat disappointing.
