The food, both breakfast and dinner, was genuinely tasty and the staff were friendly enough to make the stay pleasant. The hotel sits in a great spot with clean rooms, a nice view and easy access to the surrounding mountains and nature. I was happy overall, though it would have been handy to have an electric kettle for a quick coffee once the bar closed.

This place is set in a stunning location with a breathtaking outlook over the Wilden Kaiser, and it’s fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the owners were warm and welcoming—definitely a reason to return.

Everything fell into place for a flawless holiday – the staff were attentive and friendly, creating a very family‑like vibe, and the breakfast buffet was outstanding. I’d recommend this hotel without hesitation.
