Nothing. Everything, room was not clean staff was not supportive i pre booked but he denied that he will not accept online booking and asked for more money i will never ever recommend this hotel to anyone

They didn’t let me stay there and they shifted me to another hotel. When I reached there the staff said there are no rooms. I called customer care and they didn’t help me.

It’s a fraud hotel. They show a lower amount online and then ask you to pay more once you reach the hotel. The reception and management are rude and unprofessional. We arrived at midnight and asked about the huge price difference; they simply told us to look for another hotel. Come on, where can you get a hotel at midnight? Very unprofessional and fraudulent people who want to steal money.
