The location was good, but overall I would only give it a 2‑star rating.

The bar area and reception looked gorgeous and the beds were comfy, yet the air conditioning in my room failed, and ordering coffee and breakfast took a while, though the food itself was tasty.

The location works well and feels safe, but the facilities—furniture, carpets, linen, and towels—are all very old.

The place sits in Norwood with plenty of nearby restaurants, feels safe, and we walked around at night without problems; all staff were friendly, especially Nothonda, who was outstanding. However, there was loud drumming around 4 o’clock in the morning that woke us up, and when I asked the receptionist where it came from she had no idea, which was annoying.
