I booked a smoking room, but when I asked if a non‑smoking room was available, they arranged it for me. Their courteous service made my stay very comfortable.

The pool was enjoyable, but I wish there were non‑smoking rooms, the pool was a bit pricey, and the breakfast venue’s trash can was dirty.

Last year, the smoking room had a strong cigarette smell, but this time there was no odor even in the smoking room. Nowadays most ryokans and hotels are non‑smoking; I’d like all rooms at this hotel to be non‑smoking, or at least have a separate smoking area to make it a better hotel.
