The staff at this hotel were friendly and welcoming, but unfortunately, my stay was not without its issues.

The rooms were quite spacious, which was a definite plus - I appreciated the extra space to move around and unpack my belongings.

“Great location great rooms”
The location was perfect.
“Close to town”
Location we were close enough for a quick drive into town. Pretty water views with the boats. The outdoor pool was warm. The room was not clean. The kitchen counters were visibly dirty and took 3 antibacterial wipes to clean up. There was something sticky and dirty on the wall and photo in the kitchen. Clumps of hair were left behind the bathroom door and behind the toilet. No attention to detail cleaning the unit

Clean and well maintained. The rooms were dark, even though they had a balcony with a view of the pool, but it was extremely loud because the air conditioners were in front of the balcony. It was far too expensive for the performance!

The place was okay! I didn’t like that there were no ice machines on the property, even though there were refrigerators in the room; when you arrive the ice makers are not on. The front desk will give you a small bag of ice. During our overnight stay, the ice maker may have made 20 very small ice cubes. This was a deal breaker for me. I will never stay at a Residence Inn or sister property again. P.S. Many travelers have ice coolers and need ice to continue their journey.

Free and easy parking—no registration or hang tag. The hot tub and pool were great. The bathroom in my room showed signs of wear and tear that could be remediated. No pool towels were available during my stay, so I had to use small workout towels. The staff were friendly. I would definitely return. The pool and hot tub were excellent!
