The location is great for touring, but breakfast wasn’t available during my stay; otherwise the kitchen was fine. Room 207’s bathroom was unsatisfactory: the geyser didn’t work, the shower and hand shower were poorly functioning, and there were ants.

We had a lovely time with our family at this hotel, despite some initial hiccups. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially when we checked in late and they still managed to get us a room. However, the location was a bit of a letdown - it's not exactly in the heart of the city, and the public transport options are limited. The facilities were also a bit basic, but the room itself was clean and comfortable.

I asked for an upstairs room; even when the hotel was empty they kept saying I would be moved in the afternoon, then the evening, and so on, showing a clear lack of customer focus. The property is far from the town center, so avoid it if you need basic services like food, water, or coffee.
