“It was horrible.”
My room had hairs in the bed and bathtub, and I waited over an hour to check in. On top of that, the manager was present but refused to help because she was hanging out with friends.

The check‑in took 35 minutes because the staff “couldn’t find me a room,” then claimed they found one but it had two beds instead of one and cost $10 more. I was there 45 minutes and left for a better place. The staff, beds, location, and TV size were all disappointing.

The location near the airport lets you watch planes take off, and the management was easy to work with, so I have no complaints there. As a woman traveling alone in corporate business attire, I stood out; multiple male guests noticed me and tried to communicate, which made me feel on high alert—two of the three men made me uncomfortable, while the third was just polite. Men were frequently loitering around the entrance all day and night, which is fine but may be concerning for other solo female travelers. The hotel is good for the price, and the location is convenient with a gas station and McDonald’s right next door, but if you’re a single woman traveling alone, I would not recommend it. The kitchenette had no plates, silverware, pots, or pans, the first time I’ve stayed in an extended‑stay hotel where I’ve seen absolutely nothing, suggesting management may have stopped replacing items stolen by guests. On the second night, the sleeping atmosphere was poor because a man was yelling at about 1 am in a room near mine; I can sleep through a lot, but I’m not a picky sleeper, so this again reflects the clientele.

Car mirror parts were stolen, the bed was in poor condition, and someone above us was banging on the floor; unfortunately we were blamed for making that noise.

The location is convenient and close to amenities, and the exterior of the property is well maintained. However, the interior shows noticeable wear and tear—scuffed walls, dirty windows, and other signs of use. Our room was adequate and comfortable, with everything working except for a broken TV remote; we had to unplug the TV to turn it off, a minor inconvenience that I wouldn’t hold against the property. I think the interior condition reflects guest wear rather than management neglect. The exterior remains well kept, and our room was clean, comfortable, and functional.
