Fantastic Property in a wonderful location with a great hospitality. We are the group of 3 families had premium rooms & we enjoyed a lot there. Pure enjoyable family trip at Vikram Heritage. The rooms were nice & had plenty of private space to sit outside with hills view. If someone wants cool & calm environment in Nainital after enjoying Mall road vibes must stay here. Thanks Vikram Heritage inn management. Amenities like lack of some toiletries & nothing else

The staff at this hotel were absolutely fantastic - Chandresh Bisht in particular went out of his way to help me and was incredibly caring. The rest of the team were also well-trained and courteous, making my stay really enjoyable.

I was pleased with both the rooms and the staff during my stay - they both met my expectations.

I was really disappointed when I arrived at my room - there was no water in the bathroom, which was a bit of a shock. To make matters worse, the in-house phone wasn't working either. It was a frustrating start to my stay, but I'm hoping the rest of my time here will be better.
