Closer access to USA consulate. Front desk very helpful. Some of the basic facilities such as towels, bath accessories were not adequately provided before hand

I liked the dining hall and the tea, but the room was only average, the hot water never came on, and the location felt unclean, so I’d give it a 7.0/10.
