When we arrived to check in, we found the AC in our room was not functioning, so we went back to the front desk to request a different room; the staff said no other rooms were available and that maintenance would check it, but when we returned the room was still overheated and impossible to sleep in. We asked again for help, but no new room or refund was offered, even though we hadn't used the room because the AC was broken. We left right away and went across the street to a different motel that had a working AC.
I had a great time here; the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit.
The price and location were good, but there were a lot of people roaming around all day and night, which was annoying.

The desk staff were kind, but everything else was a mess—roaches everywhere, no pillows, no towels, and the rooms were dirty.
Everything was perfect, and there were no negatives at all.
