The décor, staff, and sumptuous breakfasts were positive. It is unacceptable that the management did not inform us of a wedding just under our room on Saturday, with music until 3 a.m.! We would have liked to be moved to another room and notified. We had booked months in advance.

Everything was beautiful, the style was impeccable, but I would have preferred the bathroom to be separated from the rest of the bedroom to guarantee privacy, even if it meant sacrificing some aesthetics.

The bed was comfortable, the staff were helpful and friendly, and the rooftop was lovely, yet there were no walls or enclosure around the toilet, which sits a few feet from the bed and offers no privacy—unideal when traveling with a partner or friend—and the shower was also not enclosed, letting water splash everywhere.

The breakfast was fabulous, served in a communal open‑plan kitchen surrounded by beautiful furniture, art, fixtures, and lovely lighting; every detail was gorgeous and enhanced the atmosphere, and I loved everything.
