The location was central, but the room was a disappointment: no facilities, the toilet was broken, there was no hot water, the TV didn't work, and Wi‑Fi was absent. It felt like a plain lodge that didn’t justify the price in such a small town in Kerala.

We booked a room, yet the hotel staff informed us that no rooms were available. The reservation had been made because of an online glitch.

The staff was friendly, but the cleanliness was lacking. The hotel was close to a liquor store, so I wouldn’t recommend it for family stays.
