We decided to move to another hotel because there was a wedding during our stay. The woman host was nice, but the man was terrible, and the restaurant service was very low.

The staff were incredibly kind and responsive. Before our stay we had to change our plans because an event was postponed, and the hosts showed remarkable understanding and flexibility, helping us reorganize our visit despite the situation. That attitude left a very good impression, and we are genuinely grateful. Communication was quick and pleasant throughout. The accommodation matched the description and photos perfectly – clean, tidy, and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. We left with excellent memories and would gladly return.

The location was stunning, and the renovated room had a lovely warm feel. However, the bathroom and toilet area wasn't fully renovated, and there were no proper toiletries provided. To make things tougher, the staff didn't speak great English, making it hard to communicate.
