The location was great, especially the parking garage which was a big plus. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the pool facilities were excellent—we loved them. I also appreciated the recycling program, given all the plastic and glass used for water and other drinks. The only downside was that breakfast started at 9 o’clock, which felt a bit late for early‑rising families like ours, but that’s probably just our preference in Turkey.

The facilities and the location of this hotel were excellent. We stayed for three nights and enjoyed the Turkish breakfast one morning which was tasty and plentiful. The pool area looked great although we didn’t use it and we forge underground parking with direct access to the hotel extremely useful. The balcony furniture was a complete disappointment as it was really there to accommodate smokers and not to be used as a place to relax and enjoy the views. I would have found a full length mirror useful and ended up using the mirror in the lift! Another ‘nice to have’ would have been an iron and ironing board in the room

I was impressed with the staff in the restaurant, who handled my son's accident with poise and professionalism. He had an accident on the tablecloth, but they cleaned it up without any fuss. However, I was disappointed with the pool temperature, which was too cold for my 4-month-old baby. I had asked Selma about it, but she wasn't entirely honest with me. Additionally, the pool wasn't cleaned daily, and the bathroom wasn't cleaned on the second day of our stay.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations - it's modern, clean, and beautifully designed. The individually prepared breakfast was a highlight, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The location is also perfect, just a short 5-8 minute walk from the city center, with stunning views from the rooms. I was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of my stay.

I was initially drawn to the hotel's modern and stylish rooms, as well as the polite staff at reception. However, there were a few issues that detracted from my stay - the heavy patio door was a nuisance, and the lack of a safe in the room was a concern. The jacuzzi's weak jets and messy garden and pool area were also disappointing. To top it off, I was surprised to see staff smoking on the premises.
